Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns and refunds for merchandise purchased from TICO DECORATE INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website, stores, or other sales channels. Please read carefully. A fundamental rule of this Policy is that we do not issue refunds without receiving the physical product back. “Refund-only” requests are not permitted.
- Our “No Refund-Without-Return” Principle
1.1 Mandatory Return for RefundTo protect our business and ensure fairness for all customers, we will only process a refund after the eligible item has been returned to us and passed our inspection. Requests to receive a refund while keeping the product are strictly prohibited. This policy applies universally, regardless of the reason for return (change of mind, item not as expected, etc.), except where prohibited by law.
1.2 RationaleThis approach prevents fraud, ensures inventory accuracy, and allows us to verify the condition of goods before issuing any reimbursement, maintaining a sustainable and trustworthy service for everyone.
- Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return and potential refund, your item must meet all of the following:
Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: clearance/discounted items, custom-made or personalized products, opened software, and items damaged due to customer misuse.
- The Return & Refund Process
Step 1: Request AuthorizationContact our Customer Service within the 30-day window to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 2: Ship Your ReturnPack the item securely with the RA number visible on the package. Ship it to our returns center at the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
Step 3: Inspection & Refund DecisionUpon receipt:
We inspect the item against the Eligibility Criteria (Section 2).
If Approved: We will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post after approval.
If Rejected: If the item is ineligible, no refund will be issued. We will contact you to arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your cost.
Important: Refunds are for the item’s price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exceptions & Special Cases
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon confirmation, issue a full refund (including shipping) or send a replacement. The faulty item must still be returned.
Lost Returns: We are not liable for returns lost in transit. Refunds are contingent upon our receipt of the item. Keep your shipping proof.

We handle exchanges via a return (as described above) followed by a new purchase for the desired item on our website.
